Function Introduction
Under the negative pressure draft, dusty air will be drawn into the bag house, and go through rows of filter bags. Clean air will be exhausted through the stack while dust accumulated on the bag surface will be pulsed off and drop into the hopper and discharged. The pulsing time and sequence can be preset in the PLC. Pulse system will send off pulse jet to clean the bags.。
Application
Good choice for smoke and dust density above 15g/m³, and below 500 ℉. Suitable for heavy density industries such as cement, graphite, silicon, casting, food, industrial chemical, tobacco and auto mobile etc. Anti static and explosion proof measures should be applied for combustible and flammable dusts..

1. Drop out chamber: Utilize baffle plate structure to knock out sparks and drop heavy particles into the hopper directly

2. Filtration chamber: Dusty air flow through the filtration chamber and be filtered through the bags. Dust accumulated on the bag surface will be vibrated off by jet pulse system and fall into the hopper below.

3. Industrial fan: Industrial fan connect to the outlet of the bag house will generate negative pressure in the whole system to suck the dusty air through the ductwork into the bag house. Clean air will be exhausted or returned to work place.

4. Discharge system: Discharge consist of a screw conveyor and rotary air lock valve. Dust will pushed towards the rotary valve end and be discharged.

5. Electric control system: Customized PLC system to control the auto and manual operation of the bag house system. Functions includes pulse time and interval setting, level controlling, different parts error shooting etc.

6. Safety devices: Explosion panel, limit switch and optional redundancy safety control system.
