Powder reclaim and VOC treatment in the painting process are critical for the environment

Target equipment:

Powder Coating Booth: The powder paint are environmental friendly, however the painting efficiency is not high. A reclaiming system for bigger powders particles is necessary both for the purpose of recollection and betterment of working condition..
Paint Booth: Creats a lot of VOCs that post big threats to health. Wet scrubber is needed to wash off the VOCs.
Curing Oven: VOCs created during the drying and curing process of the surface need to be treated.

Dust Features:

Paint powders are free of VOC pollutant. But a high condensation in the working space post combustion risk.

As paint contains organic solvent,the exhaust is high temperature oily VOC fume, toxic and flamable.

  • Paint Booth Design

    The paint booth needs to be designed with slots at certain velocity to make sure the fugitive particle get captured while the painting particle does not get sucked away.

    AS relatively weak section in the collector structure,when pressure withing the bag house reaches preset limit, explosion proove vent will be smashed and release the explosion, guilding the flame to safe area. The blast gate can bring down the explosion damage to the collector to minumn 。
